Today has been a very enjoyable and rewarding (not forgetting tiring!) day.

The teachers were very happy with the sensible nature in which children got to sleep last night and the way the duty group served the delicious breakfast and dinner so maturely and efficiently (we’re sure they’ll be keen to show off these skills when they get home!).

Two groups went caving and negotiated some daring (and poky!) routes around Porth yr Ogof, including posting themselves through a letterbox and crawling through a wormhole.

Another group spent the day canoeing down a river, making the most of a beautiful autumnal day, whilst two more groups went rock climbing and abseiling on the cliff overlooking the sea.

Our evening activity saw us take a torch-led walk to the remains of Kilvrough Castle under a star-lit sky and all children are now settling down to sleep in readiness for another action-packed day tomorrow!
